Donut Birthday Party

My cute little 6 year-old wanted a donut themed birthday party this year.
I had no idea donuts were such a huge thing these days!
I had fun finding ideas for this party.

Here is the invitation I designed for her.
You can purchase and I can customize your own donut invitation from my etsy shop.

I made a fun donut banner with tissue paper tassels and colorful donuts.
I found the cute donut printables from Chicfetti for FREE!

We had to have a donut stacked cake! The flashing #6 was a great touch!

I found these adorable free donut tags from Natalme
I wish we had a Krispy Kreme donut place where I live.
Her donuts look much more delicious than mine!

{Side note- it was actually a lot harder than I thought it would be to pick up enough donuts for my daughter's party. I should have preordered them, but I didn't. Lesson learned!}

Walmart totally pulled through for me on this party!
They had donut plates and napkins that were a PERFECT match!

We punched up the pinata a notch to match the party decor by simply attaching a donut plate onto the front of the flower! It was a bit hit! {pun intended! hehe}

I found most of the printables on Pinterest and Etsy. There is such a vast world of all things donuts! It's incredible! Who would have ever thought?!

For dinner, we even had a donut shaped pizza, per our sassy 6 yr. old's request!

Walmart even pulled through again with this adorable matching outfit for the birthday girl!
 Donuts, cookies, and cupcakes with my girl's favorite word in bold letters ~ HAPPY!

It was a fun day filled with lots of laughs, smiles, and of course donuts!

I'm Back!! and with an ADORABLE Vintage Tea Party!

I'm back! It's been quite the "vacation" from blogging. I don't know if I'd actually call it a vacation though! Truth is, I am preganant with my 4th little girl. I had to take a break because I was so sick! I still have about 8 weeks left, but felt good enough to get some posts up before the baby comes in November! Thanks to everyone who still followed me and read my posts!

I have a great party to share with you! In April, my 2nd oldest turned 5! We had the cutest little Vintage Tea Party for her and her friends! It turned out adorable. Enjoy the beautiful pictures! It was a great success and I had so much fun planning and styling this party for my sweet little girl. I'm glad I was able to put it together before I was so sick!

Enjoy!!

Here is what her invitation looked like. Sweet, floral, and vintage!

My amazingly talented sister in law designed these tea cup flower stands. She is an artist when it comes to floral arrangements. Visit her website http://theflowergirlevents.com/! You won't be disappointed!

Some of the decor used to style this fun vintage tea party was from Robin over at http://insidetherobinsnest.com/. She has some of the cutest decor items that you can rent to use at your own parties!! They really pulled the decorations together!! Thanks Robin!!

It was such a fun girly party!! I know this little lady had the best time! It was so worth all the time and effort to see this cutie smile!!

Pirate Birthday Party Invitation

It's birthday time for one of my friend's little boys!! He is turning 3 and is so cute! They are having a pirate themed birthday. I created this invitation for her! It turned out really cute! I can't wait to see how the party comes together!! I love creating things for little boys! With 3 girls of my own, anything boyish I am completely excited to help create!! Moving Postcard

My friend just moved into a new house. She asked me to help her make a postcard she could send out with her new address on it. I loved helping her. She had great style and knew exactly what she wanted! Check out how the final product turned out (names and addresses changed, of course)!!
Love it!!

Road of Life Party

Sometimes it's nice to just start fresh! My amazing brother in law is doing just that! He started a new job this week, so to celebrate his next step in life, his wife wanted me to help throw him a party! I chose the theme "The Road of Life!"

My amazingly talented mother in law (and father in law!) made these adorable candy cars! They were almost too cute to eat!! (almost!)

It was very fitting theme for my brother in law since all of his previous careers as well as his new career have all been in the car industry! With the help of my amazing mother in law and sister in law, we pulled off a great surprise party!! Good Luck Jason on this latest exit on your "Road of Life!"
